Foothills Swim Team (FST) is a member of USA Swimming, located in the Denver Metro area. The team consists of approximately 150 members, ranging in age from 6 to 18 years old and has been competing since 1974.

FST offers a year-round competitive program for swimmers of every ability. We build success through hard work, team interaction, and self-discipline. Our purpose is to provide all participating athletes with the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential, consistent with their level of commitment and motivation. We provide an atmosphere of spirited competition, positive attitude and self-image, and superior sportsmanship for our athletes.

Our club is a USA Swimming year-round competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. All of our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor.
